Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

Recamply offers a free plan with no credit card required. There is nothing to refund on the free plan.

2. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with Recamply within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us at support@recamply.com and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

3. Monthly Plans

Monthly plan subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their most recent charge. After 7 days the charge is non-refundable but you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

4. Annual Plans

Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days annual plans are non-refundable but you will retain full access until the end of your annual billing period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation and you keep access until the period ends.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@recamply.com with the subject line Refund Request and include your account email address. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. If your account was suspended for violating our terms you are not eligible for a refund.
