By accessing or using Recaply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Recaply is an AI-powered meeting summarization tool that processes meeting transcripts to generate summaries, action items, decisions, and follow-up emails. The service is provided as-is and may be updated or changed at any time.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Recaply. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Recaply for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
5. Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to Recaply, including meeting transcripts. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your saved meetings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Recaply is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Intellectual Property
The Recaply name, logo, and all related software are the property of Recaply. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
