We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, paste a meeting transcript, or contact us for support. This includes your email address, meeting transcripts you choose to save, and usage data such as the number of summaries generated.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Meeting transcripts are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing and are not stored permanently unless you explicitly choose to save them. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Transcripts you paste are processed in real-time and not stored unless you click Save. Meetings you save are stored securely in our database (Supabase) and are only accessible to you. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), Slack and Notion (optional integrations you choose to enable). Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently delete all your data.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can manage your data from your Settings page or by contacting us at privacy@recaply.com.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure.
